This introductory training offers practical strategies for enhancing father engagement across prevention, reunification, and family support settings. Participants will explore common barriers to father involvement and learn evidence-informed approaches that foster connection, consistency, and accountability. The session highlights a structured, time-bound model that can be integrated into existing services without increasing staff workload or requiring additional resources.

Designed for child- and family-serving professionals, this training provides actionable insights and tools to promote meaningful father participation and strengthen outcomes for children and families.
